Conclusion:

Two modules assembled in MPI were received in Prague. All Prague-relevant steps of QA document were performed. The conclusion is:
Module P004 fulfills all specifications required for prequalification, except for number of bad channels (bonds damaged during cleaning in MPI)
Module P005 fulfills all specifications required for prequalification
