You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and further information about your payment and accommodation.
You are also encouraged to submit a proposed topic of your contribution (tentative title and a short abstract) to the convenors of the respective session (the list of the sessions and convenors is given here). In case of uncertainty please contact us at the above e-mail address.
The registration fee includes inscription, workshop materials, coffee breaks and lunches during the workshop. Social dinner is available also for accompanying persons. Accommodation will be paid separately. Unfortunately we have no funds to support individual participants.
According to your demands, we can make a reservation of a suitable hotel room for you.
After filling the registration form, the Workshop coordinator (e-mail:

will contact you individually
and send you an offer of available hotels.
The hotels are roughly divided into these categories (prices include VAT, tax and breakfast, and are for a single room per night):
